Marasim enables service providers to present their offerings and allows users to compare options, submit requests and follow their orders. Each listing identifies the provider and the offering. The responsibilities of each party depend on its role and the confirmed order details, subject to applicable statutory rights.
Users must provide accurate, current information, protect their login details and verification codes, and avoid sharing accounts or using another person's identity. Contact support if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
Before submitting a request, review the service or package description, event date and location, guest numbers and quantities, and what the price includes or excludes. Submitting a request does not confirm a booking. Confirmation depends on provider acceptance and completion of the requirements stated in the order. Special requirements should be recorded in the agreed order details.
Review the order total, currency and any disclosed fees or taxes before paying. Additional services or charges may only be added to a confirmed order after they have been explained and approved by the user. Use the payment methods available on the platform, and do not share verification codes or payment credentials with others.
Requests to change dates or quantities, or to cancel an order, may be submitted through the channels available on the platform. Requests are reviewed according to booking status, the nature of the service and the terms disclosed before confirmation, without limiting statutory user rights. Any financial effect must be explained before a change or cancellation is approved. Users should be informed of the outcome and handling of refund requests.
Providers must maintain accurate descriptions, prices and images; explain the scope, requirements and exclusions of their offerings; and meet agreed schedules and specifications. Providers must communicate any obstacle that affects delivery and obtain user approval before materially changing an order.
Users must provide accurate event details, cooperate regarding venue access and agreed requirements, and communicate respectfully. Special setup, food or allergy requirements should be included in the request, and the provider's ability to meet them should be confirmed before booking.
Impersonation, misleading requests, abusive content, review manipulation and unauthorized access to others' data are prohibited. Reviews should reflect an actual experience and must not disclose another person's personal information. Activities that breach these terms may be restricted to protect users, while allowing contact with support and respecting existing orders and rights.
Personal information is handled in accordance with the privacy policy published on the platform and applicable requirements. Do not publish another person's data or images without permission. Text, images and trademarks belong to their respective rights holders and must not be reused in a way that infringes those rights.

Include the order number, a description of the issue and supporting information where relevant. Keeping agreements and messages within the platform helps with order review and resolving concerns.
These terms may be updated to clarify services or reflect changes. The updated version and revision date will be published on this page. Changes do not retrospectively alter confirmed order details in a way that reduces existing rights. No provision should be interpreted as a waiver of rights established by applicable law.
